1. 10% down at first meeting.
2. Discuss ideas and colors.
3. Sketch the ideas.
4. 40% down at approval of sketches.
5. Get sign off on client choice.
6. Final 50% on completion of painting.
7. Take it home and enjoy your new piece of art.
